Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance and support within the shop environment.
- Coordinate and schedule repair and maintenance activities for equipment.
- Manage and maintain inventory of spare parts, tools, and supplies.
- Maintain accurate records of all shop operations, work orders, and equipment history.
- Ensure compliance with all safety standards and operational procedures.
- Liaise with internal departments and external suppliers for resource and support needs.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a technical support, shop coordination, or similar role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues and coordinate advanced repairs.
- Proficiency in using inventory management and basic office software.
