Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance and support within the shop environment.
• Coordinate and schedule repair and maintenance activities for equipment.
• Manage and maintain inventory of spare parts, tools, and supplies.
• Maintain accurate records of all shop operations, work orders, and equipment history.
• Ensure compliance with all safety standards and operational procedures.
• Liaise with internal departments and external suppliers for resource and support needs.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a technical support, shop coordination, or similar role.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues and coordinate advanced repairs.
• Proficiency in using inventory management and basic office software.
