Key Responsibilities
- Identify, attract, and engage top-tier technical talent through diverse sourcing channels.

- Conduct initial outreach, screening, and assessment of candidates to ensure alignment with Toptal’s high quality standards.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Technical Sourcer or Recruiter, specifically within the technology sector.
- Strong understanding of various technical roles, programming languages, and industry trends.
- Proficiency in using a variety of sourcing tools and platforms, including LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and Boolean search techniques.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and effectively in a fully remote, fast-paced, and dynamic environment.
- Fluency in English is required for global team collaboration.
