Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership and support for child protection information management systems.
- Develop and implement data collection, analysis, and reporting tools for child protection programs.
- Ensure the ethical handling and security of sensitive child data in compliance with organizational policies.
- Build capacity of staff and partners on child protection technical approaches and digital tools.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of child protection strategies and interventions.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of technical solutions in enhancing child protection outcomes.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in information technology or data management, preferably within humanitarian or development contexts.
- Proven expertise in child protection programming and principles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with diverse teams.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in challenging environments.
