Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert technical support for ICT, Systems, and AV solutions, including digital signage, FIDS, and IoT.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software for clients both on-site and remotely.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues efficiently and effectively, ensuring minimal downtime.
  • Conduct regular system maintenance, updates, and performance monitoring.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation of support activities, solutions, and knowledge base articles.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, engineering, and project teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project deployments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in technical support for ICT, AV systems, or related technology solutions.
  • Demonstrated strong knowledge of digital signage technologies, networking protocols, and IoT ecosystems.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a methodical approach.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of explaining technical issues clearly.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple support cases under pressure.
  • Valid UAE driving license is preferred for on-site support visits.
