Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert-level technical support for Windows operating systems (client and server) and related Microsoft technologies.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues, collaborating with product engineering teams when necessary.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through timely, effective, and professional problem resolution.
  • Document troubleshooting procedures, solutions, and best practices to contribute to the internal knowledge base.
  • Participate in on-call rotations to provide support for critical incidents as required.
  • Stay current with new Microsoft products, technologies, and industry trends to maintain technical expertise.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical support for Windows client and server environments.
  • Strong understanding of Windows architecture, Active Directory, networking, and common troubleshooting tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively within a collaborative global team.
  • Microsoft certifications (e.g., MCSA, MCSE, Azure) are a significant advantage.
