Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of workshop equipment and machinery.
- Conduct inspections and diagnostic tests to identify faults and defects.
- Execute repairs and replacements of components as per established procedures and safety standards.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, repairs, and spare parts used.
- Ensure the workshop environment is kept clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to resolve complex technical issues.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Workshop Technician, preferably in the oil and gas or heavy industry sector.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of various workshop tools and equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and diagrams.
- Commitment to adhering to all health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and demanding environment.
