Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Proven experience (10+ years) in technology leadership and platform management, preferably in the renewable energy or manufacturing sector.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Strong understanding of wind turbine technology, electrical systems, and software platforms.
- Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire large, diverse technical teams.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
