    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide legal and administrative support to project teams, ensuring compliance with organizational policies.
    • Assist in the research and documentation of legal matters relevant to humanitarian projects.
    • Support the preparation of legal reports, summaries, and project briefs for internal and external stakeholders.
    • Help monitor and ensure that project activities adhere to national and international legal frameworks.
    • Collaborate effectively with various departments to achieve project objectives and goals.
    • Contribute to the efficient and organized operation of legal project functions within the country program.

    Requirements

    • Commitment to the mission and values of the International Rescue Committee.
    • Basic understanding of legal principles and processes, preferably with an interest in humanitarian law.
    • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working in a multicultural environment.
    • Proficiency in both Spanish and English, written and spoken.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks effectively.
