Key Responsibilities
- Provide legal and administrative support to project teams, ensuring compliance with organizational policies.
- Assist in the research and documentation of legal matters relevant to humanitarian projects.
- Support the preparation of legal reports, summaries, and project briefs for internal and external stakeholders.
- Help monitor and ensure that project activities adhere to national and international legal frameworks.
- Collaborate effectively with various departments to achieve project objectives and goals.
- Contribute to the efficient and organized operation of legal project functions within the country program.
Requirements
- Commitment to the mission and values of the International Rescue Committee.
- Basic understanding of legal principles and processes, preferably with an interest in humanitarian law.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working in a multicultural environment.
- Proficiency in both Spanish and English, written and spoken.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks effectively.
