Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine laboratory analyses on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards (BRC, IFS, ISO 9001, etc.) and company specifications.
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, ensuring proper calibration and functionality.
- Document test results accurately and maintain detailed records.
- Assist in troubleshooting quality-related issues and propose corrective actions.
- Collaborate with production teams to monitor product quality throughout the manufacturing process.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Laboratory Technician, preferably in food manufacturing or a similar industry.
- Familiarity with quality control procedures and laboratory best practices.
- Knowledge of relevant certifications (e.g., BRC, IFS, ISO 9001) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
