Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the bank’s telecommunications infrastructure.
- Ensure high availability, security, and performance of voice and data networks.
- Manage vendor relationships and contracts for telecommunications services and equipment.
- Lead a team of telecommunications professionals, providing guidance and technical expertise.
- Develop and implement telecommunications strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement proactive solutions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in managing complex telecommunications systems, preferably in the banking sector.
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, VoIP, VPNs, and other telecommunications technologies.
- Ability to lead and mentor a technical team effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Fluency in Spanish and English is highly desirable.
