Key Responsibilities

• Answer all incoming calls and connect them to the appropriate extension efficiently and courteously.
• Accurately record messages for guests and deliver them promptly.
• Handle guest requests for DND (Do Not Disturb) and maintain confidential status.
• Manage personal wake-up call requests for guests according to LQA standards and automatic wake-up calls for groups and crew.
• Answer guest questions and requests in a friendly manner, taking appropriate actions or referring matters to relevant persons.
• Handle all communications for the hotel in case of emergency, serving as the communication center.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of front desk operations.
• Luxury hotel experience.
• Good communication skills.
• Brief knowledge of hotel operations and computer systems.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
