Key Responsibilities

• Answer and direct all incoming calls promptly and courteously.
• Handle guest requests, inquiries, and messages with accuracy.
• Coordinate wake-up calls and ensure timely delivery.
• Communicate efficiently with all hotel departments.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel facilities, services, and promotions.
• Log all calls and requests accurately in the system (Opera or other PMS).

Requirements

• At least 1+ years experience working at the reception or as a telephone operator in a 4* property with 250+ inventory.
• Excellent communications skills with proficiency in speaking and writing English.
• Team player with excellent planning, organizing, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work flexible working hours with rotating shifts.
• Pleasant personality and good grooming.
