Key Responsibilities

• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, and payments.
• Maintain a balanced cash drawer and manage cash, cheques, and other financial instruments.
• Verify customer identities and transaction details to ensure compliance and prevent fraud.
• Assist customers with inquiries, provide information on available services, and resolve minor issues promptly.
• Adhere strictly to all company policies, procedures, and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to a positive customer experience by providing professional and courteous service.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a cashier or teller role, preferably 2+ years.
• Strong mathematical aptitude and meticulous attention to detail for precise transaction processing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer interaction.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
