Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end tender process, including preparation, coordination, and submission of bids.
- Analyze complex tender documents to identify critical requirements and ensure full compliance.
- Collaborate effectively with internal departments such as technical, legal, and finance teams to gather necessary information.
- Develop and present high-quality, compelling proposals and presentations to secure new business.
- Ensure all submissions are accurate, complete, and delivered punctually to meet strict deadlines.
- Maintain a comprehensive repository of all tender documentation and meticulously track bid outcomes.
Requirements
- Proven experience in tender management or a similar role within a relevant industry.
- Strong understanding of procurement processes, contractual terms, and negotiation strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, preferably in both English and Arabic.
- Demonstrated ability to perform effectively under pressure and consistently meet tight deadlines.
- Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and tender management software.
