Key Responsibilities
- Achieve sales objectives and targets in terms of volume, value, distribution, and execution.
- Identify and acquire new outlets while retaining and nurturing existing customers.
- Assess market potential and provide insights to management.
- Negotiate and sign Business Development Agreements (BDAs) with potential customers.
- Ensure optimal placement of company assets in prime locations within outlets.
- Provide timely feedback on customer behavior, market trends, and competitor activity.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of frontline sales experience in the FMCG industry.
- Strong understanding of FMCG products and services.
- Knowledge of pricing strategies and familiarity with regional geography.
- Excellent communication, selling, and negotiation abilities.
- Prior UAE market experience is preferred.
- Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and customer-oriented mindset.
