Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement training programs aligned with business strategies.
- Conduct training needs assessments to identify capability gaps.
- Manage the annual training plan, calendar, and budget.
- Deliver engaging training sessions and leadership development programs.
- Partner with external training vendors and evaluate training effectiveness.
- Measure training impact through KPIs, dashboards, surveys, and reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Human Resources (Masters preferred).
- 4–6 years of experience in training and development, with at least 2 years in a senior role.
- Experience delivering training in a multicultural environment.
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of instructional design and adult learning methodologies.
- Analytical, results-driven, and innovative mindset.
