    Key Responsibilities

    • Design and implement training programs aligned with business strategies.
    • Conduct training needs assessments to identify capability gaps.

    • Partner with external training vendors and evaluate training effectiveness.
    • Measure training impact through KPIs, dashboards, surveys, and reports.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Human Resources (Masters preferred).
    • 4–6 years of experience in training and development, with at least 2 years in a senior role.
    • Experience delivering training in a multicultural environment.
    • Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
    • Knowledge of instructional design and adult learning methodologies.
    • Analytical, results-driven, and innovative mindset.
