Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily transport operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to schedules.
- Coordinate logistics activities, including route planning, vehicle allocation, and driver management.
- Monitor performance metrics and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
- Manage and resolve operational issues, escalating as necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, deliveries, and operational costs.
Requirements
- Proven experience in transport or logistics operations, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Strong understanding of supply chain principles and transport regulations.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
- Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid UAE driving license and familiarity with local routes and regulations.
