Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking a Transportation Coordinator – Staff Housing to join the resort’s staff housing team. The Transportation Coordinator will develop and manage daily transportation schedules for staff and guests, ensuring efficient and safe transportation operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage daily transportation schedules for staff and guests.
• Coordinate routes for regular shifts, leisure outings, and special events.
• Monitor driver performance and adherence to service standards.
• Analyze and optimize transportation routes to reduce travel time and costs.
• Coordinate with fleet management for regular inspections, servicing, and repairs.
• Act as the primary contact for transportation-related queries and concerns.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in transportation coordination or logistics, preferably within hospitality or resort operations.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Experience in route planning, driver supervision, and fleet coordination.
• Familiarity with transportation safety standards and compliance protocols.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling software.
