Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily transportation operations, including planning, scheduling, and execution of deliveries.
• Manage and lead a team of drivers and logistics staff, ensuring performance and compliance.
• Optimize routes and delivery schedules to maximize efficiency and minimize costs in cold chain logistics.
• Ensure strict adherence to cold chain standards, HACCP, ISO 22000, and safety regulations.
• Monitor fleet maintenance, vehicle performance, and fuel consumption.
• Collaborate with warehousing and customer service teams to ensure seamless end-to-end logistics.

Requirements

• Proven experience in transportation and logistics supervision, preferably within a cold chain environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent understanding of logistics software, route optimization, and fleet management systems.
• Familiarity with GCC logistics regulations and local customs procedures.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make critical decisions under pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
