Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell long-haul destinations, luxury cruises, and various African countries, focusing on VIP clients.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their travel preferences and craft personalized itineraries.
- Create bespoke travel plans encompassing air travel, accommodations, sightseeing, and ground transportation arrangements.
- Manage a personal sales pipeline to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Handle queue management and ensure accuracy in daily sales reports.
Requirements
- Excellent negotiation, sales communication, and customer service skills.
- 3+ years of experience in handling multiple destinations.
- Proficiency in both English and Arabic. Proficiency in French is a plus.
- Prior experience in handling groups and customized holiday products.
- Outstanding destination and world geography knowledge.
- Should have the zeal to meet or exceed sales goals and contribute to month-over-month growth.
