Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate travel arrangements for marine, corporate, and offshore clients.
- Provide expert advice on travel itineraries, visas, and essential documentation.
- Handle client inquiries and resolve travel-related issues promptly and efficiently.
- Utilize Global Distribution Systems (GDS) and other travel tools for bookings and reservations.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Stay updated with the latest travel industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Travel Consultant, with a preference for marine or corporate travel.
- Excellent knowledge of travel software and GDS systems (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple bookings simultaneously.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in handling complex travel documents.
