Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate all business travel arrangements for employees, including flights, accommodation, and ground transportation.
  • Negotiate with travel agencies, airlines, and vendors to secure the best rates and services.
  • Develop, implement, and enforce company travel policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and cost-effectiveness.
  • Oversee travel budgets, process expense reports, and reconcile invoices efficiently.
  • Provide support and assistance to travelers regarding itineraries, visa requirements, and travel insurance.
  • Maintain accurate records of all travel data and generate comprehensive reports for management review.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Travel Manager or in a similar corporate travel coordination role (2+ years).
  • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills with a track record of cost savings.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in using travel management software, online booking platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced international environment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to interact with employees and external partners.
