Key Responsibilities
- Execute daily cash reconciliations to ensure accurate cash positions and address discrepancies promptly.
- Implement the processing of payments and receipts, ensuring accurate and timely recording in the accounting system.
- Monitor bank accounts regularly, ensuring all transactions are recorded and balanced accurately.
- Assist in preparing and submitting reports on cash positions, including weekly and monthly summaries.
- Contribute to the preparation of financial forecasts and budgets, ensuring accurate reflection of cash flow projections.
- Check all treasury-related documents for accuracy and compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience as a Treasury accountant or in financial management, preferably in the real estate development industry.
- Strong understanding of cash management, financial risk management, and banking operations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess financial data and provide actionable insights.
