Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily operations of the avocado processing plant, ensuring smooth workflow and efficiency.
• Supervise, train, and motivate processing staff to achieve production targets and quality standards.
• Implement and enforce strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and quality control protocols.
• Monitor inventory of raw materials and finished products, coordinating with logistics as needed.
• Identify and resolve operational issues, optimizing processing techniques and minimizing waste.
• Prepare regular reports on production performance, quality metrics, and staff activities.

Requirements

• Proven experience in food processing or agricultural product processing, preferably with avocados or similar fruits.
• Demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
• Strong understanding of food safety regulations and quality assurance procedures.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to operational challenges.
