Key Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and execute comprehensive turnaround maintenance activities for plant shutdowns.
• Ensure all maintenance tasks comply with industrial safety, quality, and environmental regulations.
• Coordinate effectively with various internal departments, external contractors, and vendors.
• Monitor the progress of turnaround projects, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare detailed reports on turnaround performance, budget utilization, and resource management.
• Implement best practices for preventive and predictive maintenance strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related technical field.
• Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in plant maintenance or turnaround management.
• Prior experience in the oil & gas, chemical, or power sectors is highly advantageous.
• Strong understanding of industrial safety regulations and quality assurance standards (ISO, OHSAS, ASME).
• Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
