User Research Intern

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and conducting user research (interviews, surveys, usability tests).
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to uncover actionable insights.
• Prepare research reports and presentations.
• Collaborate with designers, researchers, and product managers to drive user-centered decisions.
• Support research operations, including participant recruitment and logistics.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated in Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology, Human-Computer Interaction, Design, or related field.
• Strong communication skills, empathy, and cultural sensitivity.
• Basic knowledge of user research methods and tools.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, cross-cultural environment.
• Passion for understanding user needs and improving product experiences.
• Basic data analysis skills with tools such as Excel, Python, SPSS, or SQL.
