Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive user research, usability testing, and analysis to identify user needs and pain points.
• Design and develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for industrial machinery interfaces and digital products.
• Collaborate closely with product management, engineering, and other stakeholders to define and implement user experience strategies.
• Translate complex technical requirements and business goals into intuitive, aesthetically pleasing, and user-friendly designs.
• Maintain and evolve design systems, UI guidelines, and best practices to ensure consistency across all product lines.
• Advocate for user-centered design principles throughout the product development lifecycle.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a UX Designer, with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful design solutions, preferably in an industrial or B2B context.
• Proficiency with leading design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, interaction design, and usability heuristics.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to effectively articulate design decisions and rationale.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary and international team environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and an analytical approach to design challenges.
