Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive user research, usability testing, and analysis to identify user needs and pain points.
- Design and develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for industrial machinery interfaces and digital products.
- Collaborate closely with product management, engineering, and other stakeholders to define and implement user experience strategies.
- Translate complex technical requirements and business goals into intuitive, aesthetically pleasing, and user-friendly designs.
- Maintain and evolve design systems, UI guidelines, and best practices to ensure consistency across all product lines.
- Advocate for user-centered design principles throughout the product development lifecycle.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a UX Designer, with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful design solutions, preferably in an industrial or B2B context.
- Proficiency with leading design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, interaction design, and usability heuristics.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to effectively articulate design decisions and rationale.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary and international team environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and an analytical approach to design challenges.
