Key Responsibilities
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities for recruitment and consulting services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Understand client needs and present tailored talent acquisition solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and effectively close sales to achieve revenue targets.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends and competitive landscapes.
- Collaborate closely with the recruitment team to ensure successful client delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or client management (minimum 2 years).
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and talent acquisition strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic international team.
- Proficiency in English; French language skills are a significant advantage for a V.I.E program.
