Key Responsibilities

• Film and edit high-quality video content for marketing initiatives and social media channels.
• Support the creation of visual content to promote fitness, wellness, and various course offerings.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to conceptualize and develop compelling video ideas.
• Ensure all video productions consistently align with the XTRAFIT brand identity and messaging.
• Manage and maintain video equipment, ensuring proper functionality and an organized media library.
• Assist in post-production tasks including color correction, sound design, and motion graphics.

Requirements

• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
• Basic understanding of camera operation, lighting techniques, and audio recording.
• Strong creative vision with an ability to tell engaging stories through video.
• Capable of working independently on projects while also being a collaborative team player.
• Excellent communication skills, preferably in German, to interact with colleagues and subjects.
• A genuine enthusiasm for fitness, health, and wellness is highly beneficial.
