Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily villa operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Oversee guest relations, ensuring all needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Coordinate with various departments including F&B, housekeeping, and maintenance.
- Implement and maintain high standards of service and operational excellence.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
- Train and supervise villa staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience in hospitality management, preferably within luxury villas or hotels.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to manage budgets, inventory, and operational costs.
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays.
