Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of 700-800 customers, primarily non-borrowing customers.
  • Achieve monthly and annual KPI objectives, including portfolio growth, revenue, cross-selling, and activations.
  • Cross-sell bank products such as new accounts, assets, trade, FX, and bancassurance to increase product penetration.
  • Refer and upgrade customers to other units within the segment, such as Sales & Coverage RM.
  • Ensure timely updates of KYC and conduct due diligence.
  • Adhere to agreed SOPs across applicable areas and all prescribed internal processes.

Requirements

  • Minimum qualification: Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, banking, or a related field.
  • Minimum experience: 1-2 years of relevant banking experience in customer service, sales, or client-facing roles.
  • Commercial banking experience is an added advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and fluency in English and Arabic.
  • Adherence to governance and controls to minimize potential losses.
