    Key Responsibilities

    • Promote hematology line products to medical professionals and healthcare institutions.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders and prescribers in the assigned territory.
    • Achieve sales targets and contribute to market share growth.
    • Provide scientific information and product education to healthcare providers.
    • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
    • Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts.

    Requirements

    • Prior experience as a medical sales representative, preferably in hematology or pharmaceuticals.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
    • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with healthcare professionals.
    • Results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
    • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
