Key Responsibilities
- Promote hematology line products to medical professionals and healthcare institutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders and prescribers in the assigned territory.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to market share growth.
- Provide scientific information and product education to healthcare providers.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts.
Requirements
- Prior experience as a medical sales representative, preferably in hematology or pharmaceuticals.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with healthcare professionals.
- Results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
