Smart Bricks is seeking a VP of Operations to build and run the full operational engine, including customer, brokerage, data, and internal business operations. This key leadership role reports directly to the Founder & CEO and focuses on scaling the organization to a world-class level.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and run the full operational engine of Smart Bricks.
• Translate company strategy into clear, measurable execution plans.
• Own core KPIs including unit economics, cycle times, and customer satisfaction.
• Design and optimize processes across acquisition, onboarding, and brokerage.
• Lead cross-functional operations, ensuring team alignment and accountability.
• Recruit, scale, and coach high-performance operations teams.

Requirements

• 8–15+ years in operations, ideally in high-growth tech.
• Experience building and scaling operations from 0→1 and 1→100.
• Strong understanding of real estate, cross-border transactions, or investment workflow design.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-market operations.
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
• Leadership that is calm under pressure and execution-obsessed.
