    Key Responsibilities

    • Define and execute the overall product vision, strategy, and roadmap for THRYVE’s tech talent platforms.
    • Lead and mentor a team of product managers, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
    • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and challenges.
    • Collaborate closely with engineering, sales, and marketing teams to ensure product success and market fit.
    • Drive the entire product lifecycle from ideation and development to launch and post-launch optimization.
    • Champion a data-driven approach to product development, utilizing analytics to inform decisions.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience (5+ years) in a senior product leadership role, preferably in HR tech or recruitment.
    • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate business goals into a compelling product vision.
    • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
    • Deep understanding of the tech talent market in the DACH region is highly advantageous.
    • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
