Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans for all program workstreams.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective delivery of program objectives.
- Manage relationships with external partners, including accelerators and SME community leaders.
- Monitor and report on program KPIs, impact metrics, and budget utilization.
- Support the development and execution of the program’s communication and marketing plan.
- Recommend and implement process improvements to optimize program delivery and impact.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred in Business Administration, Project Management, Sustainability, or Finance.
- Developed technical, analytical, collaboration, stakeholder management, presentation, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated expertise in project management and sustainability through prior experience and/or certifications.
- Solid understanding of change management and transformation.
- At least 6 years’ experience in project management, strategy, or analytics.
