Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets in the APAC region.
  • Lead, mentor, and expand a high-performing sales team across multiple countries.
  • Identify new market opportunities and forge strong relationships with key enterprise clients and partners.
  • Drive the adoption of Obsidian’s SaaS security solutions through effective sales cycles.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure a unified customer experience.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasting and regular reporting on regional performance.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of 10+ years in executive-level sales leadership within the SaaS or cybersecurity industry in APAC.
  • Demonstrated success in building and scaling sales organizations and achieving significant growth.
  • Deep understanding of the APAC market, including local customs and business practices.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to travel extensively across the APAC region as required.
  • Strong technical acumen in computer and network security concepts is a plus.
