Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive strategic plans to drive financial inclusion and market expansion.
• Identify new market opportunities and lead the conceptualization and development of innovative platforms and services globally.
• Formulate and implement strategies for sustainable growth and digital transformation across the organization.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends, competitive landscapes, and technological advancements to inform strategic decisions.
• Cultivate and foster strategic partnerships and alliances to enhance BJAK’s market position and reach.
• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams in the successful implementation of key strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience (10+ years) in strategic leadership roles, preferably within FinTech, InsurTech, or a related technology sector.
• Profound understanding of financial inclusion principles, digital platform ecosystems, and AI applications.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities to navigate complex business challenges.
• Superior communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to thrive and innovate in a fast-paced, dynamic, and global technology environment.
