Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a warm, professional, and personalized dining experience.
- Confidently describe menu items and beverage pairings.
- Liaise with the Culinary Team for flawless food pickup and timely service.
- Manage table settings and serve food and beverages with precision.
- Use the point-of-sale system to accurately process guest orders.
- Maintain an attentive and unobtrusive presence.
Requirements
- 1 year of experience in a similar role within the luxury industry.
- High School Diploma.
- Software competencies – Microsoft Office programs (Intermediate).
- Problem-solving skills.
- Leadership and team management skills.
