Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a warm, professional, and personalized dining experience.
- Confidently describe menu items and beverage pairings.
- Liaise with the Culinary Team to ensure flawless food pickup and timely service.
- Manage table settings and serve food and beverages with precision.
- Use the point-of-sale system to accurately process guest orders and special requests.
- Maintain an attentive, unobtrusive presence and create memorable dining moments.
Requirements
- 2 years of relevant experience in hospitality or related industries.
- Experience working in a multi-cultural environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are preferred.
