Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a warm, professional, and personalized dining experience.
• Confidently describe menu items and beverage pairings.
• Liaise with the Culinary Team to ensure flawless food pickup and timely service.
• Manage table settings and serve food and beverages with precision.
• Use the point-of-sale system to accurately process guest orders and special requests.
• Maintain an attentive, unobtrusive presence and create memorable dining moments.

Requirements

• 2 years of relevant experience in hospitality or related industries.
• Experience working in a multi-cultural environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are preferred.
