Key Responsibilities

• Perform tasks to service food and beverage according to hotel standards.
• Greet and seat customers, serving them in a professional and personalized manner.
• Acquire in-depth knowledge of the food and beverage menu to assist guests.
• Monitor the quality of food & beverage being served.
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards in the outlet.
• Actively use up-selling techniques to exceed guest expectations and increase revenue.

Requirements

• Ideally, a diploma / degree in hospitality or vocational training in food & beverage.
• Previous experience as a Waiter / Waitress in a high volume restaurant is preferred.
• Good command of English; additional skills like guest service and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Passion for people and service with a positive attitude.
• Ability to thrive in a busy environment and stay calm under pressure.
