The Lana, Dubai – Dorchester Collection is seeking a Waiter/Waitress for The Gallery. You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the assigned outlet to ensure guests receive the best experience. This is a permanent, full-time position.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of the assigned outlet.
- Warmly greet guests, present menus, and recommend/upsell menu items.
- Set up and prepare the outlet for service, and pack it down after service.
- Ensure the outlet is in immaculate condition and all service standards are adhered to.
- Participate in daily team briefings and stay informed of hotel happenings.
- Liaise with other departments to maintain cleanliness and maintenance standards.
Requirements
- Unique personality and passion for delighting guests.
- Great communication skills with a strong customer service ethic.
- Detail-oriented and a hands-on team player with strong interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable communicating in English.
- Relevant professional certification or hotel school diploma is a plus.
