One&Only The Palm is seeking a Waiter/Waitress to join the L’Abysse team in Dubai. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction in a luxury dining environment. This role requires multitasking, prioritizing, and remaining calm under pressure.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide the highest level of customer service in a professional and hospitable manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and ensure the department/outlet is organized and presentable at all times.
- Cooperate with serving and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
- Listen and respond to customer complaints, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Follow strict hygiene procedures and comply with Food & Beverage regulations.
- Display knowledge of the food, wine, and liquor menus to support smooth service.
Requirements
- Highly qualified with at least 2-3 years’ experience in an upscale luxury hospitality industry or five-star hotels.
- Strong attention to detail, flexibility, and creativity.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English.
- Middle East/GCC experience is an advantage.
