Key Responsibilities
- Familiarize with all food and beverage items on the outlet menu.
- Prepare the outlet for operation, including setting tables and light cleaning.
- Take food and beverage orders from guests, upselling when possible.
- Utilize the outlet point-of-sales system as prescribed.
- Serve food and beverages according to established standards.
- Clear tables and remove dirty dishes to the dish area.
Requirements
- Prior experience within a similar luxury hotel or established restaurant environment.
- Fun, energetic, and passionate about hospitality.
- Already based in the United Arab Emirates.
