Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through regular stock checks and system updates.
- Coordinate closely with logistics and supply chain departments to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
- Prepare and process all necessary warehouse documentation, such as shipping manifests, invoices, and purchase orders.
- Ensure strict adherence to company safety protocols and warehouse operational procedures.
- Assist in optimizing warehouse layout and processes for improved efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in warehouse administration or a similar supply chain role.
- Proficiency in using inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail for accurate record-keeping.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
