Warehouse Coordinator

Job Overview

Beauty Tribe is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to run day-to-day operations that power our eCommerce beauty store from within a premium female hair salon setting. You’ll prepare and dispatch orders, manage inbound receipts and stock accuracy, raise POs, and resolve customer queries—keeping our shelves organized, our systems updated, and our customers delighted.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders; arrange courier dispatch and documentation.
• Create and send purchase orders to suppliers; follow up on ETAs and shortages.
• Receive products physically and in the system; perform GRNs and put-away.
• Monitor and reconcile inventory; conduct cycle counts and investigate variances.
• Maintain tidy, safe storage areas and accurate SKU/bin labeling.
• Respond to customer queries professionally and promptly.
• Prepare simple logistics/stock reports for management.

Requirements

• 1–2 years’ experience in warehousing, inventory, or logistics.
• Strong English communication (written & oral) and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Word; WMS/ERP familiarity is a plus.
• Organized, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with a customer-first mindset; able to prioritize tasks effectively.
