Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and deliveries.
- Ensure accurate stock-in / stock-out processes at all times.
- Oversee handling and storage of raw materials, finished goods, and other inventory.
- Maintain optimal warehouse layout to improve efficiency and safety.
- Lead and manage a warehouse team of 8 (warehouse operations, receiving, and delivery personnel).
- Prepare and submit regular reports on warehouse performance, and KPIs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or related field (preferred).
- 5+ years experience in warehouse management, preferably in the UAE.
- Proven experience managing medium-sized warehouse teams.
- Experience handling operational stock.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Excellent understanding of stock control.
