Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, dispatch, and inventory control.
• Implement and maintain robust inventory management systems to ensure accuracy and minimize discrepancies.
• Lead, motivate, and develop a team of warehouse staff, fostering a culture of safety and efficiency.
• Ensure strict adherence to all health, safety, and quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Optimize warehouse layout and processes to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
• Collaborate effectively with supply chain, production, and other internal departments to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in warehouse management, preferably within the pharmaceutical or manufacturing industry.
• Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities and a keen eye for detail and problem-solving.
• Proficiency in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and other relevant software.
• Thorough understanding of health and safety regulations and quality assurance protocols.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, regulated manufacturing and distribution environment.
