This role is responsible for ensuring that all stock movements are physically verified, accurately documented, and correctly recorded in the inventory system. The successful candidate will take full ownership of goods entering and leaving the warehouse, playing a critical role in maintaining stock accuracy, accountability, and operational efficiency.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming goods.
    • Process all outbound movements including retail, FMCG, B2B, online orders, exports, transfers, and returns.
    • Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all stock movements.
    • Take full responsibility for tracking and controlling all warehouse stock movements.
    • Identify, report, and follow up on shortages, damages, or discrepancies.

    Requirements

    • Previous experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or stock control.
    • Strong understanding of Goods-In and Goods-Out processes.
    • Experience using inventory management or ERP systems.
    • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
    • Strong communication and coordination skills.
