Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping of IT assets.
  • Lead, mentor, and supervise warehouse staff, ensuring high performance and adherence to safety standards and company policies.
  • Implement and maintain efficient inventory control systems to track IT assets accurately from entry to exit.
  • Develop and enforce operational policies and procedures to ensure secure and compliant handling of sensitive IT equipment and data.
  • Collaborate with logistics, sales, and IT teams to ensure timely and effective processing of assets and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor warehouse performance metrics, identify areas for continuous improvement, and implement solutions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience (10+ years) in warehouse management or operations, preferably in IT asset disposition or a related secure logistics field.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate, train, and develop staff.
  • Excellent organizational, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control software.
  • Solid understanding of logistics, supply chain principles, and relevant safety regulations.
  • Fluency in German and English is highly preferred for effective communication.
