Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatch of products.
- Ensure accurate inventory control through regular stock counts and system updates.
- Implement and maintain high standards of health, safety, and hygiene within the warehouse environment.
- Coordinate effectively with logistics and distribution teams to optimize product flow and delivery schedules.
- Safely and efficiently operate various warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Supervise and provide guidance to junior warehouse staff, if applicable.
Requirements
- Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar role, preferably within the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector.
- Strong understanding of inventory management systems and best practices.
- Ability to operate warehouse machinery with relevant certifications (e.g., forklift license) preferred.
- Excellent organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
