Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatch of products.
• Ensure accurate inventory control through regular stock counts and system updates.
• Implement and maintain high standards of health, safety, and hygiene within the warehouse environment.
• Coordinate effectively with logistics and distribution teams to optimize product flow and delivery schedules.
• Safely and efficiently operate various warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Supervise and provide guidance to junior warehouse staff, if applicable.

Requirements

• Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar role, preferably within the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector.
• Strong understanding of inventory management systems and best practices.
• Ability to operate warehouse machinery with relevant certifications (e.g., forklift license) preferred.
• Excellent organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities, with a strong team-player mindset.
• Demonstrated commitment to adhering to safety and quality standards.
